Job Overview
Are you ready to kick start you career in Supply Chain? TE Connectivity are hiring for a PO and Admin Support Specialist on a permanent basis. You will be joining a small team with lots of progression opportunities.
Experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment an advantage but not pre-requisite.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in sourcing support or procurement is preferred
- Ability to work in matrix environment with an international team
- Solution-oriented problem solving
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Negotiation skills is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Contract Review – checking details on ERP system
- Process Sales Orders
- Drive ad hoc queries and work on assigned commodity projects
- Ensure compliance to TE policies, procedures and quality standards
- Generate and analyse data and reports to track individual and supplier performance
- Check invoices for purchase orders and resolve discrepancies on invoicing, including internal and external communication and follow up invoice release process per delegation of authority
