Job Overview

Are you ready to kick start you career in Supply Chain? TE Connectivity are hiring for a PO and Admin Support Specialist on a permanent basis. You will be joining a small team with lots of progression opportunities.

Experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment an advantage but not pre-requisite.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in sourcing support or procurement is preferred
  • Ability to work in matrix environment with an international team
  • Solution-oriented problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Negotiation skills is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders 
  • Contract Review – checking details on ERP system
  • Process Sales Orders
  • Drive ad hoc queries and work on assigned commodity projects
  • Ensure compliance to TE policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Generate and analyse data and reports to track individual and supplier performance
  • Check invoices for purchase orders and resolve discrepancies on invoicing, including internal and external communication and follow up invoice release process per delegation of authority
