Swiss manufacturing and development site is IATF 16949 certified; it employs 70 people and is wholly recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in digital pressure sensor systems. Only weighing a few grams, our products are designed to be implemented in diverse applications in the automotive, consumer and industrial markets.

Manager ASIC DESIGN (F/M)

Department: Research and Development

 

The successful candidate will be involved in leading the team that develop integrated circuits for volume production.

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

In your position, you will be responsible in the following development tasks:
•    Manage an ASIC design team in product development department 
•    Lead the development of sensor signal conditioning ASICs for high volume production 
•    Build relationships within the company, working with global remote teams 
•    Active participation in sensor product design to satisfy industrial and automotive customer demands, 
•    Assure quality and reliability targets for new integrated circuits,
•    Report progress on projects and technology to senior management
•    Compliance with company policies
•    Analyse customer problems in collaboration with quality department.

•    Managing and measuring work to meet critical KPIs
•    Maintain and develop a high-quality ASIC know-how,
•    Continue improvement of product & design tools,

 

You will interact also with your colleagues all over the world as the expert and helping-hand.
You will be in contact with all internal departments in order to make your product a success on the market.
 

 

Do you recognize yourself here?
•    Master’s degree or higher (Electronics or Microelectrnics),
•    Proven knowledge in managing at least 5 people teams with 3-5 years of experience
•    10+ year experience in the field of mixed signal design (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, clocks, precision buffers) 
•    Advanced user of Mentor/Cadence platforms
•    Proven experience working with external design houses and ASIC suppliers 
•    Practical familiarity on sensors, a good grasp on digital protocols (SPI, I2C, I3C, SENT, CAN, LIN…)
•    Proven experience on high voltage, overvoltage protection, IS26262 are a big plus
•    Reliable, focused on quality, capable of working independently and under pressure, able to handle several projects concurrently, keen on innovative solutions
•    Always looking to improve and try new ideas,
•    Organized, accurate and structured,
•    Energizing and result oriented,
•    Open minded and intercultural awareness,
•    Fluent in English, French speaking (or willing to learn), German is a plus.
