SALES & MARKETING ANALYST I - REMOTE

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.

 

CUSTOMER SCORECARD REPORTING
•    Collect and aggregate ICT Global Customer Scorecards in excel tracker and Power Bi dashboard
•    Identify areas of improvement through scorecard analysis and involvement in customer focus projects etc
PCN NOTIFICATION TRACKING
•    Weekly review of TE PATS system to track PCN notifications to ICT Customers. Track progress in PCN Power Bi dashboard. 
•    Update monthly PCN progress PowerPoint for ICT leadership team to review
•    Remind Sales team to finalize PCNs in PATS system
•    Participate in PATS improvement projects 
ALLOCATION
•    Close collaboration with Operations & Supply Chain regarding manufacturing outputs.
•    Alignment on Project priorities for Duplication & Replacement Tools with Tool & Die and the Sales Team.
•    STR review to identify performance deficiency & support improvement actions.
•    Review allocation commitments based on existing & future capacity in order to ensure attainment for committed Customer allocation Quantities
•    Allocation of critical parts in agreement with Sales, Customers, CS, Supply Chain, Operations, S&OP, PM & legal.
•    Daily review of Escalation reports to proactively identify shortages.
•    Allocation based on cost reduction targets.
•    Regular meetings with other functions like S&OP, Tool & Die & Supply Chain to align on actions & roadmap.
•    Monthly review of Customer Satisfaction results with the Management and TEOA Team including improvement actions to deliver best in class Customer Experience.
•    Ensure improvements in Customer communication by clear shipment & allocation plans based on output assumption in close collaboration with Planning & Manufacturing sites.
•    Close collaboration with Operations & Supplier coordination team about root cause & recovery actions.
•    External communication with Customers & OEM´s.

What your background should look like:

 

•    Experienced user of Supply Chain Planning Systems/ERP systems (SAP ERP PP & SD, Kinaxis, Xelus, JDA & Salesforce.com).
•    Experienced Microsoft Office Suite user:  Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Visio, One Note, SharePoint, Office 365. 
•    Prefer Tableau and/or Power Bi experience
•    Demonstrated experiences of Innovation Management bringing the systems / analytics thoughts & input of others to fruition.
•    Practices attentive and active listening while demonstrating command skills so that timely solutions are obtained within a large & diverse organization.
•    Demonstrates high level of business acumen within Transportation Industry.
•    Understanding of Lean Business Process programs within the ISC as well as tools/methodologies.
•    Excellent verbal / written communication – Must develop strong relationships and communicate effectively with Customer Supply Chain.
Educational Required / Desired:
•    BA/BS Degree required (extensive experience will be considered). Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Computer Science preferred.
•    APICS Certification desired.
 

This is a Remote position open to candidates within the U.S and Mexico

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $23-$35 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
