Job Overview

As a member of the Global Application Tooling (GATD) Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving digital marketing strategy and execution for the Application Tooling business unit.

This position reports to the global head of GATD Marketing and is responsible for defining, managing, and executing the digital marketing strategy including account-based marketing, TE.com, SEM (PPC), SEO, social media, email marketing campaigns, marketing automation and ecommerce. The role will ensure a best-in-class customer experience and effective digital programs that generate awareness, engagement, leads and ultimately business growth. Working closely with business unit and Segment marketing colleagues, she/he/they will implement digital marketing tactics in alignment with product and integrated marketing plans, drive leads through the marketing funnel, and measure results.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading digital marketing, driving successful digital campaigns, displaying compelling content and have a keen eye for technical excellence. She/he/they will be self-motivated and able to flawlessly execute on a broad spectrum of digital projects, while partnering with multiple stakeholders globally.

A Day in the Life

  • Create and manage effective and data driven digital marketing strategies and campaigns digital and social channels, including managing day-to-day campaign adjustments to continuously improve targeting and campaign performance, in alignment with integrated and product marketing efforts
  • Partner with the Segment Digital and Integrated Marketing teams to provide strategic direction, execution, and optimization across all digital channels and tactics: SEO, SEM, email, social, and web
  • Own and manage global sales & marketing automation (SMA) program and platforms (Eloqua, SFDC) in partnership with GATD Sales and Segment Marketing Operations teams, providing regional alignment and training as needed
  • Monitor lead funnel in Salesforce develop the global contact and lead nurture strategy for the business by leveraging marketing automation and behavior-based triggers
  • Partner with enterprise Marketing and IT teams to implement and leverage processes and marketing technology (MarTech)or digital capabilities that will enable the business unit to deliver a highly personalized customer experience across all channels
  • Monitor digital trends and challenge existing approaches to innovate and drive continuous improvement / implement best practices
  • Partner with regional Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to develop digital and account-based marketing strategies
  • Own the GATD website pages, defining and executing SEO-rich content, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) page development, interlinking, page tagging, taxonomy, and more for optimal findability, usability and experience
  • Define, implement, maintain, and optimize GATD ecommerce capabilities and merchandizing strategy as needed
  • Understand customer, competitive and market focus to refine personalization and targeting strategies
  • Manage BU online customer database including email communication plan, cross-business unit database selection, expansion and maintenance
  • Define KPIs and regularly report on digital marketing performance/ effectiveness, leveraging data from multiple sources (Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Sprinklr, Google, Eloqua, Demandbase, etc.) and providing recommendations for strategic planning, prioritization and budget spend
  • Manage assigned digital marketing budgets in line with business unit plans

What your background should look like:

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Global experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen with experience and understanding of analytics that drive market strategy and campaign effectiveness
  • Experience in campaign and product marketing, branding, digital and partner development
  • Good knowledge of copy that converts through social, email and website content (titles, CTAs)
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, MAP, and ABM platforms; knowledge of AEM, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, SEMrush, Google AdWords, Demandbase, Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Tableau a plus
  • Experience with / working knowledge of China Marketing tactics and tools (Baidu, Dragon Metric, WeChat, TikTok) a plus
  • Experience with creating and managing project plans for various marketing and event activities
  • Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • PowerPoint, Excel proficiency
  • An expert communicator with the ability to articulate business strategies and technical concepts both in written and verbal form
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial in nature
  • Able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to collaborate with marketing colleagues and peers around the world
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Analytical competency and ability to work with data
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills with the ability to lead virtual teams containing senior colleagues

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $90,000 - $110,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
