Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and innovative Program Manager to join our Digital Center of Excellence (COE) and lead major enterprise initiatives advancing our digital ecosystem.
The Digital COE partners across TE to embed digital strategy, tools, and expertise that help teams plan, build, and improve digital solutions, evolving TE’s digital ecosystem and delivering seamless, user-focused experiences.
In this role, you will orchestrate complex, multi-year digital transformation initiatives that span platforms, regions, and business units, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, governance, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll serve as a central point of coordination across teams and technologies, driving clarity, accountability, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program and Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact digital workstreams aligned to the enterprise strategy within our digital ecosystem evolution program
- Support the development of program strategies, business cases, and project plans that meet our business needs/objectives
- Ensure integration across projects, adjusting and adhering to scope, timing, and budgets as needed
- Partner with project leads and project managers across functions to track milestones and recommend adjustments
- Proactively monitor program health and budget adherence, identifying and escalating risks early to ensure strategic alignment and timely mitigation across stakeholders
- Ensure consistency with governance and standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive alignment across global teams including Digital, IT, Marketing, Product, Segments, and Business Units
- Collaborate with the communications team to build stakeholder awareness and understanding of new digital capabilities
- Lead effective cross-functional meetings and present updates to various audiences, including executive leadership
Measurement & Reporting
- Track program KPIs tied to digital maturity, system adoption, efficiency gains, and user experience improvement
- Monitor and report out on KPIs across programs to ensure measurable progress and impact, including dashboards and executive summaries
- Create and maintain documentation and information relevant to managed projects
Change Management & Adoption
- Partner with enablement and communications teams to drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and governance models
- Anticipate and address barriers to change through proactive communication and stakeholder alignment
Vendor & Budget Oversight
- Oversee vendor partnerships, RFP processes, and contract performance to ensure quality delivery
- Manage large budgets responsibly, maintaining financial discipline, and maximizing ROI across the program
What your background should look like
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in program management, ideally within a global enterprise environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional, transformational initiatives with global stakeholders
- Experience leading marketing technology transformations within a global enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including web platforms, data tools, and customer experience technologies
- Experience managing large budgets
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with KPI development, reporting, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and dashboarding platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Competencies
COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $123,600 – $154,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefit
