Global Talent Attraction Lead - Remote

Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media. The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

 

This is a dynamic and critical leadership position within the Talent Attraction Strategy and Delivery function. We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic and diverse team to lead global talent attraction strategy and efforts. This leader is responsible for recruitment strategy, sourcing strategies and talent channels for the global TE Footprint.

 

In this role, there will be a wide variety of responsibilities to help drive and implement change. This role is a key partner responsible for leadership of a global cross functional/virtual team to strategize, plan and execute a variety of talent attraction strategies, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk.

 

Desired Experience

  • Identify, strategize, and execute employment specific opportunities in the Social and Digital Media space aligned to the enterprise
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract specific talent segments including early talent, ethnically/racially diverse, people with disabilities, women, and mature workers.
  • Identify key partnerships and opportunities to promote the TE employment brand
  • Identify new vendors, manage current vendor relationships and associated budget, and manage risk review activities for third party.
  • Engage with cross-functional groups (enterprise marketing, foundation, corporate social responsibility, communications, and lines of business) on funding, sponsorships, event participation, and recruiting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations for areas of improvement and take on initiatives to implement required change through project or program management.
  • Conduct operational reviews and deliver report-outs and communications at an executive/management level for initiatives, and with cross-functional teams
  • Work with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with TE Connectivity, policies, and business objectives
  • Create and deliver reports and aggregate data into actionable information to inform Talent Attraction leadership.

What your background should look like:

  • Minimum 10 or more years of experience in a global corporate, multi-business line organization, leading large-scale talent attraction strategies
  • Strategic recruitment marketing experience developing integrated campaigns using multiple talent channels both inside the US and Internationally and execution of the end-to-end program.
  • Experience with diverse segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Experience building out various hiring campaigns inclusive of at least one of the following: campus hiring campaigns, employee referral programs, internal talent mobility, internship programs, graduate hiring programs, social/digital media campaigns, job boards or other recruitment advertising media
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships and influence leaders in a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical skills to capture and analyze appropriate data to determine ROI and trends

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $120,700 – $165,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
