Job Overview

TE Connectivity's HR Generalist Teams function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This position will provide engineering support to production through improved methods, processes, fixtures, tooling and mechanical enhancements that will result in improved cycle times and run rates.   Job duties will include, but are not limited to, validation, maintenance and the introduction of new equipment and processes including supporting documentation within an ISO 13485 environment. Develop training tools that will facilitate compliance with Creganna Medical’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

 

 Responsibilities Include:
•Learning and understanding Creganna Medical’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide technical support.
•Lead or participate in cross functional teams designed to maximize productivity.
•Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies in project work.
•Monitor manufacturing activities, measure significant process characteristics and analyze variation in order to detect and reduce waste / scrap.
•Support the manufacturing process by taking corrective and preventative action on production delays and deviations.
•Analyze and recognize patterns and trends in key performance indicators.
•Transfer of automation and new process projects to production at Creganna Medical’s OR and Costa Rica facilities.
•Transfer of new and existing products to production at Creganna Medical’s OR and Costa Rica facilities.
•Work in cross functional teams on projects, including but not limited to, new process introductions.
•Assist in training employees in new or improved processes.
•Process and product validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
•Develop and execute Process / layout design.
•Develop and support related process documentation for ongoing use within our ERP system.
•Sourcing, specifying and purchasing production equipment within budgetary guidelines.
•All other duties as assigned.

 

 Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
•Bachelors degree in Engineering and experience in a senior role.
•Solidworks, CAD literate.
•FDA or ISO 13485 - experience preferred.
