Job Requirements
- Leadership Calendar Ownership: Maintain and manage the annual Energy HR and CTO leadership calendars, including business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and internal communication events.
 - Meeting & Event Management: Coordinate all virtual, hybrid, and in-person leadership meetings, including agenda setting, logistics, minutes, and follow-up tracking.
 - Presentation Development: Create polished and executive-ready presentations for business reviews, town halls, and strategy meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint.
 - Communication Planning: Own and execute the annual communication plan for the Energy BU HR VP and CTO, including key messages, cadence, and content coordination across platforms.
 - Executive & Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the VPs, including travel planning, expense reports, inbox monitoring, and internal approvals.
 - Leadership Team Integration: Actively participate in HR and Engineering Leadership Team meetings, helping to document and drive follow-ups while fostering team cohesion.
 - Digital & AI Enablement: Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to streamline administrative tasks and boost efficiency.
 - Office Management: Act as the go-to point of contact for Managing Director duty coordination. Coordinate visitors, meeting space, and executive hosting protocols. Partner with local facilities teams for office-related operations, space planning, and service issues.
 
What your background should look like
- 5–7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a global organization supporting senior leadership.
 - Strong planning, communication, and content creation skills.
 - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
 - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
 - Skilled in navigating fast-paced, matrixed environments with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
 - Experienced in coordinating cross-functional communication and executive messaging.
 - Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support task automation and content development.
 - Bachelor’s degree preferred.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,400-$107,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
