Job Overview

Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; performs research on products and manufacturing processes and shares the same with senior engineers.

Job Requirements

 

  • Responsible for the holistic integration of MEMS products and for ensuring a consistent and seamless manufacturing process 
  • Perform indepth data analysis to identify process issues, yield losses, and material anomalies
  • Conduct DOE studies, process window analyses, and derive sustainable process optimizations
  • Lead complex projects, including technology transfers, new product introductions, and production optimizations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and effective coordination with process engineering
  • Manage hold/release processes and actively participate in the Material Review Board (MRB)
  • Provide technical support for the transfer of new product developments into mass production
  • Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives and contribute to increasing overall production yield
  • Perform risk analyses, ensure proper documentation in line with change management processes, and collaborate closely with development and process engineering teams 

What your background should look like

 

  • University degree in Physics, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sensing technologies, semiconductor manufacturing, or MEMS environments
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, statistical methods, project management tools, and experience with FMEA and DOE
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in leading technical projects
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Highly analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative, independence, structured working style, and a high level of results orientation
