Sachbearbeiter Customer Support (m/w/d)

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

What your background should look like:

  • - Complete administrative processing and monitoring of int./ext. customer orders with regard to compliance with customer requirements in terms of deadlines, costs and quality. Customer orders with regard to compliance with customer
  •   requirements in terms of deadlines, costs and quality (from order review and entry to invoicing) according to specifications or process descriptions.
  • - Initiation of clarification of deviations with regard to delivery dates, prices, conditions, etc., with the involvement of internal specialist departments
  • - Independent processing of order-related customer enquiries 
  • - Obtaining, analysing and recording customer forecasts, as well as coordinating them with sales and production planning
  • - Complaint management: forwarding of customer complaints to QM, creation of credit notes and invoice corrections or processing of replacement deliveries as decided by QM
  • - Maintenance of customer master data, preparation of invoices and handling of customs and export formalities
  • - Interface to the sales staff of the organisation

 

Your Profile

  • Practical experience in Accounting
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Technical understanding
  • Good PC skills, good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken English and German
  • Customer and service-oriented approach with high communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical way of working and effective time management
  • Organisational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility
