Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration 
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of customer service, preferably from a similar product environment 
  • High degree of customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting 
  • Basic technical understanding, flexibility and ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills 
  • Good, proven written and spoken English and German skills
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Excel)

Your Tasks

  • Independent, complete processing of orders, from order entry to invoicing
  • Processing incoming written or telephone customer enquiries 
  • Coordination with the various internal departments 
  • Independent maintenance of master data 
  • Administrative and organisational support in day-to-day business
