Job Overview

Ensuring the suitability for production and occupational safety of all individual processes and systems assigned, as well as developing and designing new processes.

 

- Technical management in the development of new production processes; specification and commissioning of new production facilities; conceptualization and specification of new production processes
- Designing and implementing control procedures for systems and processes; independent monitoring and evaluation of process and system controls; blocking and releasing systems and processes 
- Implementation and management of investment projects with regular reporting; support for individual investment projects
- Independent definition and implementation of projects for the continuous improvement of process stability, yield, throughput times and costs
- Independent monitoring and evaluation of process and plant controls as well as the blocking of plants and processes
- Creating and updating risk assessments in collaboration with the health and safety officer
- Creating and updating process and work instructions; creating decision templates for the qualification of new systems and processes as part of the PCRB; supporting the creation of risk assessments
- Support with maintenance/servicing and the creation of maintenance plans; deputizing for the supervisor in meetings by arrangement
- Definition, coordination and monitoring of tasks of technicians and working students in the process area; technical support of production employees; implementation of training courses for production employees
- Definition, specification and qualification of production materials and auxiliary materials

What your background should look like:

- Completed studies in a technical field (chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, microsystems technology)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of 8D problem solving, Lean 6Sigma, DoE, FMEA, OEE, good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of data acquisition and data analysis
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good comprehension and analytical skills, independent and structured way of working
