Job Overview
Responsibility for the introduction of new products, technologies and processes within semiconductor production in close cooperation with the development and process technology departments.
- Responsibility for work preparation (AVO) and process integration
- Technical and disciplinary management of assigned employees
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement of yield
- Responsibility for site-wide projects to transfer product innovations from development to production
- Responsibility for the divisional strategy and implementation of the resulting prioritization of individual activities in the team
- Development and evaluation of technological tests to optimize the process capability of products
- Continuous monitoring of compliance with QM requirements within production
- Responsibility for providing technological training for production employees
- Specification, definition and setup of new systems and processes in accordance with the agreed process/product/tool road map
What your background should look like:
- Degree in natural sciences or engineering, ideally with a specialization in semiconductor technology
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in industrial production, ideally in the sensor or semiconductor environment
- Disciplinary management experience
- Extensive experience in the optimization and implementation of processes and organizational structures
- Sound knowledge of project management
- Very good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Assertiveness and very good communication skills
- An independent and organized way of working
- A high degree of flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking and action
