Job Overview
Your tasks:
- Optimization of existing and development of new processes in the MEMS manufacturing area of pressure sensor production, in particular wet etching (KOH) and anodic bonding on 4" and 6" wafers
- Procurement of new equipment within the scope of investment projects with associated project management including specification and commissioning of the equipment
- Design and implementation of control procedures for equipment and processes
- Independent monitoring and evaluation of process and equipment data as well as disabling and enabling of equipment and processes
- Execution of tests for continuous improvement of processes with regard to stability, yield, throughput times and costs
- Definition, specification and qualification of production materials as well as auxiliary materials
your profile:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, microsystems technology, nanotechnology, physics or a comparable technical course of study
- Knowledge and ideally practical experience in semiconductor technology and industrial manufacturing
- Knowledge in project management and Six Sigma methods such as SPC, DOE and FMEA are advantageous
- Experience in data processing and data analysis, preferably with the ability to script or program (JMP, R, Python or VBA) is a plus
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident appearance and ability to act independently
- Good communication skills in German and English
