HR Partner (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:
- Independent management of the entire personnel process from entry to exit within the assigned area of responsibility
- Advising employees and managers on all operational HR-related topics
- Independent recruitment of employees up to hiring, including salary negotiations in accordance with guidelines
- Design, organization, and implementation of training sessions and moderation of small groups on operational HR topics
- Further development and optimization of HR processes
- Management and maintenance of personnel files, preparation of employment contracts, references, and certificates
- Posting job advertisements across locations and monitoring costs and their allocation
- Creation and processing of statistics and evaluations
- Participation in the execution of fairs and events
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of labor and works constitution law, proficiency in MS Office programs, and experience with HR IT tools
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent and goal-oriented working style, discretion, and strategic thinking
- Confident demeanor, strong customer orientation, quick comprehension, and excellent communication skills
