Job Overview

TE-Connectivity is seeking a Talent Management Regional Coordinator (f/m/d) in the HR Solutions within the Corporate Human Resources function.  This job will be responsible for the scheduling, coordination, and management of materials and facilities needed for high quality talent activities, including learning, performance management, succession and other talent initiatives.  This position will also be responsible for collecting and processing evaluation data, identifying and implementing improvements within the talent function, and supporting regional deployment of talent initiatives.  This role will interface with the regional talent team, GTM Innovation Center, HR Solutions Team, internal clients, and external training providers.

Responsibilities

  • Works with managers and external vendors to manage program scheduling and logistics of assigned curriculums, such as purchase order and invoice processing.
  • Implements Talent Management programs, including marketing and communications, program structure, content, pre/post-learning follow-up, evaluation, quality, continuous improvement, chargebacks and other administrative duties.
  • Supports training for special positions and/or employee orientation.
  • Utilizes MyHR/Career Connections Learning (LEARN@TE), Performance and Succession to track learning events, chargeback data, and keeping courses up to date in the system.
  • Works with regional talent lead to analyze training and development needs for employees in collaboration with line managers and other HR professionals to ensure skill and capabilities of employees meet TE’s current and future needs.
  • Manages resources and day-to-day relationships to ensure the quality delivery of learning modules.
What your background should look like:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred
  • Previous professional working experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • English fluent skills. A second language will be highly appreciated (German specially)
