Senior Manager - Global Employment Brand (f/m/d)

Location: Germany, 100% remote also an option

Job Overview

This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. As the Senior Manager, Global Employment Brand you will be responsible for journey mapping the entire candidate experience with the goal to attract exceptional talent across the wide array of geographics, functions and businesses where TE Connectivity operates. The ideal candidate will be creative, has an understanding of the global talent landscape, regionals trends and leverage recourses to create employment. 

To accomplish this vision at TE, this position will be a part of a (our) Global Talent Attraction team which supports nearly 25,000 hires per year across 49 countries. Be a visionary, that has the capability and agility to build a framework within Employment Brand, scalable and flexible brand strategies and resources that support the speed of our businesses. A solid framework will include establishing agencies of record in respective countries, especially where we have high hiring needs. It will also need to provide resource options to our distinct business units who will need expertise on which strategies and initiatives can best solve employment brand goals. 

This position will also have budgetary responsibility for centralized initiatives but will also need to create and support a “pay for service” model. You will have an in-house Specialist and leverage a team of Global TA Leads.  

Achievements:

  • Scalable framework of employment brand resources that support current and future business needs
  • Proactive identification of employment trends regionally, and action plans to respond positioning TE Connectivity as a progressive employer of choice
  • Deep candidate experience mapping, understanding the candidate journey
  • Immediate support of branding initiatives underway, such as our African Heritage Scholarship Program, University Relations, Virtual Info Sessions, Manufacturing/Direct Labor local advertising, and an ongoing social media calendar of scheduled content
  • Increasing quality of hire, decreasing time to fill, decreasing cost of hire and provide extraordinary candidate experience
  • Emphasis on Inclusion and Diversity in all executed or advertised content  

Profile:

  • Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or other related
  • 5+ Years Related Employment Brand Experience across multiple regions 
  • Highly collaborative and an excellent ability to build consensus and drive momentum forward in a matrixed environment
  • Understanding of the overall hiring process and keys to effective employment branding, project/program management of vendors, assessments, metrics and analytics within Talent Acquisition
  • Expert knowledge in using reporting tools such as applicant tracking tools and Microsoft Excel
  • A passion to tell stories derived from compelling data that creates actionable plans for diverse client groups
  • Understands what it takes to run a successful media campaign, including focused targeting, messaging and how to communicate those results to stakeholders
  • Defines, develops and provides ongoing results metrics and ROI measures for recruitment marketing strategies including recruitment branding, SEO/SEM campaigns, website analytics, digital and social media platforms and candidate relationship management tools
  • Effectively works, interacts, manages, and consults with recruiting managers and proven ability to influence others and lead organizational change
  • Must possess strong business acumen; understand Technology, Industrial, and Manufacturing industries
  • Excellent communication skills, fluently English and German
