Job Overview

Responsible for Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain teams in EMEA, with focus on partnering with and developing of business leaders and their teams to enable them to implement programs and processes which will create culture transformation, talent engagement and organization effectiveness. The HR Business Partners also provides advice and counsel on complex HR issues such as organization design and review, change management initiatives, strategic workforce planning, and day-to-day guidance and support to management regarding HR practices and policies, working closely with our HR partners and COE’s to drive consistency and execution into the region. The role can be based on any bigger Automotive location across EMEA.

As HR Business Partner for TE Automotive – EMEA (AUT EMEA) you serve as the Business partner for the assigned client group in EMEA, providing strategic partnering, leadership and counsel for the EMEA Quality Procurement and Supply Chain function. With a deep understanding of the business objectives you will be able to translate global and regional strategies into people goals and drive the execution into the region in close partnership with the broader HR team. 


• Provides leadership, counsel and support to the assigned client group for key business initiatives and business related matters and processes.
• Drive and lead HR processes and initiatives like organization design, workforce planning, organization development and organizational effectiveness within the business, in close partnership with the HR partners and COE’s, whilst fostering a One HR mentality.
• Coordinate change management programs and facilitate organizational change by supporting business leaders to develop plans in line with business strategy.
• Lead and collaborate on employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment for the client group.
• Coach and develop managers and key talents, drive development initiatives and succession planning to ensure longer term success
• Consult and coach business leaders on organizational change management and employee issues.
• Champion employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities.
• Facilitate and drive key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for all critical positions including stretched assignments, coaching or mentoring programs, professional & leadership training to retain and develop talent
• Facilitate employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities.
• Act as a coach and be a facilitator when needed.

Candidate Requirements
• Approx. 8-10 years of experience in various HR assignments, including Business Partner.  
• Proved track record in Organization Design, Change Leadership, Talent Management and Organizational Development
• Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the region through close partnership with the
 broader HR function
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Has advanced knowledge of international labor laws and obligations and uses this knowledge to  advice management, especially in conflict situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken.  Additional German language proficiency is a  preference
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.  
 A Master Degree is a plus.
• Ability to travel
