Employer Branding Specialist - Western Europe (Remote)

This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. As a Regional Employment Brand Specialist for Western Europe, you will accelerate and be the key driver to achieving candidate pipeline growth and TE's overall talent attraction goals in working with internal stakeholders. 
The Regional Employment Brand Specialist will focus on implementing creative, results-driven strategies that reinforce our value proposition to prospective talent by building, creating, and executing branding, social media, and inclusion & diversity for TE’s Talent Attraction team.  
 

Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a champion for TE’s employer brand across the organization by creating opportunities for all employees to learn how best to promote TE Connectivity as an exciting place to work
  • Maintain and optimize jobs site in your region and all employment branding initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment
  • Be a driving force in building an employer brand and giving it a strong, distinctive, and consistent voice
  • Partner with Marketing and external partners to develop multichannel recruitment strategies
  • Liaison to Global TA I&D, Global Employment Brand, and all University Relations/Early Talent
  • Partner with our social media team and continue to build our social strategy and ensure campaigns are tracked to produce metrics to monitor success rates
  • Manage and support recruitment marketing campaign planning, development, and execution across TE businesses
  • Cooperate with Talent Acquisition to interpret strategic staffing plans and translate them into a robust marketing and sourcing plan
  • Deploy and support Lean methodologies to achieve efficiencies and optimize recruiting processes and performance, leveraging automated solutions where possible
  • Evolve Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting to analytics with actionable insights 
     

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's/Masters's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or other related
  • Minimum of 3 years Employer Branding Experience
  • Highly collaborative and an excellent ability to build consensus and drive momentum forward
  • Experience in project/program management of vendors in the talent acquisition space
  • A passion to tell stories derived from compelling data that create actionable plans for diverse client groups
  • Knowledge of using reporting tools such as applicant tracking tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ROI measures for recruitment marketing strategies, SEO/SEM campaigns, website analytics, digital and social media platforms and candidate relationship management tools
  • Strong business acumen; understanding of Technology, Industrial, and Manufacturing industries 
  • Effectively works, interacts, manages, and consults with recruiting managers
  • Ability to influence others through organizational change 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English
