Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

  • Tracking of Open Point Lists; remind task owners and ensuring a documented follow-up process
  • Creating TE Project Framework
  • Tracking and updating TE Project Framework
  • Creation of meeting minutes
  • Coordination & documentation of Change Management
  • Coordination & documentation of Project Kick-Off Meetings à Plan – Organise - Document
  • Follow-up of RfQ’s, Calculations, samples and other deliverables in TE ISOURCE tool
  • Monitor & Control the creation of project related Purchase Requisitions including DIS (Data Input Sheet)
  • Perform desk audits

The Sales & Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for all kind of Lean PD as well as administrative project related tasks. The Project Coordinator shall ensure that the entire project is running on time, inside cost limits, with correct documentations and in line with TE standards and procedures.
