Your main tasks
- Manage and optimize ESG data systems to ensure accurate collection, storage, and reporting.
- Analyze ESG data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support corporate sustainability goals.
- Develop dashboards and visualization tools to track ESG performance and compliance with global standards.
- Integrate ESG metrics into business operations by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP through structured reporting.
- Enhance ESG data infrastructure by working closely with IT teams on system integration and optimization.
- Monitor evolving ESG regulations and recommend system improvements to maintain compliance.
- Train and support internal teams on ESG data processes, governance, and best practices.
- Engage with external partners like auditors and rating agencies to support ESG performance assessments.
Your ideal background
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ESG data analysis, sustainability reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or ESG-specific software.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and conducting complex analysis.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting regulations and sustainability initiatives.
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
