Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Total Rewards teams develop, implement and evaluate Total Rewards programs, tools and initiatives (e.g., wage and salary administration, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluation, global mobility, executive compensation and health, life and retirement benefits) in the context of TE's internal and external environment to attract, retain and motivate employees. They administer and communicate the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements and assist employees with benefit claim administration inquiries.  They implement and execute mobility programs and services supporting employee short- and long-term transfers, assignments, country entry and domestic or international relocation.  In addition, the Total Rewards team analyzes Total Reward cost containment strategies and make recommendations for improvement/enhancement as appropriate. They also ensure company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices and stay current with laws, regulations and procedures governing international mobility and immigration.

Role Objective:

The role supports operations for the Global Total Rewards functions including Global Equity, Global Mobility, and Global Benefits Programs. Timeliness and accuracy in administering these Global Total Rewards functions are important for program competitiveness, alignment to TE’s Total Rewards strategy, and legal compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Support and administer all operational activities related to TE’ Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans.
•    Maintain secondment agreements including identifying when new agreements are required in accordance with internal guidelines
•    Support a variety of Global Mobility processes including tax equalization payments, invoice coordination, insurance notifications and China specific processes
•    Support Global Mobility journal entry process by reclassifying invoice charges to US cost centers in collaboration with Global finance 
•    Support US Benefits funding processes by reconciling invoices and ensuring timely invoice processing is delivered to Accounts Payable 
•    Work on US H&W funding processes to reconcile benefit billing and ensure accurate and timely payment of vendors and carriers for Self-Funded and Fully Insured plans.
•    Support Compensation & Benefits, Global mobility, and Global equity projects as assigned.
•    Respond and resolve ad hoc requests with strong emphasis on analysis-based work.
•    Apply fundamental knowledge of specific professional discipline to resolve routine issues, or technical problems


•    Post-Graduation or bachelor’s degree
•    Strong MS Excel skills & other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
•    Exposure to SAP, Pay Factors, BenTrack, SharePoint, a plus
•    2+ years of experience preferably in Total Rewards / Global Mobility / Global Equity / Global Benefits or some combination
•    Strong MS Excel skills
•    A deadline and customer service-focused mindset with Total Rewards knowledge
•    Strong analytical skills and sense of accountability
•    Continuous improvement mindset with project management skills
