Technical Specialist is responsible for driving Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities for Energy BU. The role supports to PLM, Product data management, Engineering change process and works closely with cross functional teams to maintain accurate product structures, manage engineering documentation, and ensure adherence to PLM processes.

Job Requirements

    Manage product data and documentation within PTC Windchill PDMlink. 
    Create, maintain, and release CAD documents, drawings, parts, assemblies, and BOMs. 
    Support Engineering Change Management processes including: 
    Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
    Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
    Product Change Notification (PCN)
    Coordinate document and product release workflows. 
    Maintain product structures (EBOM) and ensure data accuracy across systems. 
    Support document version control, revision management, and lifecycle state transitions. 
    Collaborate with design engineers to resolve PLM-related issues and data discrepancies. 
    Create and maintain PLM process documentation, user guides, and work instructions. 
    Perform bulk data updates, data validation, and quality checks within PDMlink. 
    Ensure compliance with organizational standards, engineering processes, and regulatory requirements. 
    Participate in PLM enhancement projects, testing, and user acceptance activities.

What your background should look like

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering or equivalent program.
2-3 years of experience in Product Life cycle management activities.
Solid understanding of Engineering tools, Engineering Change Management, Bill of Materials
Knowledge of Creo and PDM-Link.
Exposure to compliance directives and regulation like RoHS, REACH etc.,
Experience in data analysis, data validation, reporting, and data quality management.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Good presentation skills.
Experience in MS office, excel, PowerPoint.
