Job Overview

  • Campaign & Demand Analysis: Evaluate marketing campaigns and demand generation programs to assess their impact on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Channel Data Analysis: Analyze data from CRM, web analytics, social media, email, search, and sales channels et.c to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Business Problem Solving: Translate complex business and customer challenges into data-driven hypotheses and actionable recommendations.
  • Insight Generation: Proactively uncover insights that go beyond descriptive analytics to inform strategic marketing and sales decisions. Strong ability to map and analyze the full Buyer’s Journey, connecting marketing metrics, lead funnel stages, and sales performance indicators (e.g., pipeline, conversion, revenue) to drive strategic insights and business impact.
  • Impact Quantification: Use statistical analysis to measure the impact of marketing initiatives on KPIs such as revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Data Storytelling: Create compelling narratives and intuitive visualizations that simplify complex data and drive stakeholder action.
  • Trend & Pattern Discovery: Identify customer segments, behavioral trends, and targeting opportunities to enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to support scalable, data-driven decision-making.
  • AI/ML Application: Apply machine learning techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, NLP) to forecast behavior and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Deliver timely, insightful analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.

What your background should look like:

 

  • 4+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing sales and marketing data
  • Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues and effectively communicate the results to all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau or similar visualization tools) along with story telling
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience in AWS, R, regression, Machine learning etc. and Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI-driven marketing analytics is a plus
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms and has worked/understanding on digital marketing data: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot etc.), SEO, SEM, SMM, email and marketing automation tool (Eloqua, Marketo etc.)
