Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Overview

Responsible for the Implementation of Sourcing ERP for global business teams. The primary objective is to evaluate the Procurement process by business units and delivering day-to-day administration support, including process improvements, efficiency & setting up Jaggaer ERP for driving towards digitalization.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and setup the Sourcing Process, understand pricing cost breakdowns, including both direct and indirect commodities, setup and execution in Jaggaer.
• Point of contact for internal process integrations in Jaggaer ERP, drive for process efficiency & implement workflows for TE internal process.
• Knowledge on Tableau for analytics within Jaggaer’s analytic module.
• Excel expertise for cost breakdown setup & also standard customer output report setup on RFQ level.
• Responsible Point of Contact for TE - IT team supporting system maintenance, Interfaces & integrations.
• Responsible for system integrations with SAP and Jaggaer.
• Responsible for procurement process setup and documentation of process steps with standard TE documentation level. 
• Responsible for resolution to supplier issues on portal usage, RFQs, Cost breakdown calculations.
• Support ad-hoc queries from users and improvement projects
• Responsible for supplier data maintenance between SAP and Jaggaer.
• Drive Process improvements by identifying gaps in the procedure and increase efficiency in process.
• Responsible for contracts repository maintenance & primary point of Contact for TE global on contracts.
• Integration of approval procedure in Jaggaer for contracts, RFQ Awarding, Ordering, Supplier onboarding and benefit TE in terms of process digitalization.
• Knowledge on E-Bom, Project Collaboration is an advantage.
• Responsible for the End-User trainings & documentations
   

Desired Candidate Profile:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in sourcing
• Implementation of ERP (Workflow set up, Table Designing) – Preferably Jaggaer
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus
• This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work in matrix environment with multi-cultural team.
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Jaggaer (mandatory) and Microsoft Office, i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel , Tableau
