Job Requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of business insights account managers.,
- Partner with Data Analytics Manager to leverage a team of data analysts, visualization experts, and data scientists to deliver COE, BU, and enterprise-level reporting solutions.
- Bridge the gap between business insights requests, and technical needs including data engineering (data lakes, pipelines, Databricks), and business-facing reporting (Tableau, Power BI).
- Guide your team to define documented processes that clearly identify business requirements, team goals, and regular insight reporting cadences.
- Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders to support, guide, influence, and teach as the technology and business needs continue to change.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and translate goals into measurement frameworks.
- Develop strategies to proactively identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities across business units.
- Lead internal upskilling initiatives to support a modern analytics culture. Build a culture of proactive, face-to-face communication and collaboration.
- Manage a combination of strategic and tactical deliverables.
- Partner with information technology leaders understand and leverage critical data management systems.
- Drive the integration of AI tools and predictive analytics into business reporting workflows.
What your background should look like
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field, with 3+ years managing teams.
- Strong business acumen and account management skills, with a track record of influencing key stakeholders and aligning data initiatives with business goals.
- Expertise integrating customer, product, and operational data to create 360° insights and actionable dashboards.
- Experience implementing self-service analytics tools and promoting a data-driven culture across business units.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling data teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Proven experience delivering insights that influence executive-level decision-making.
- Experience operationalizing AI/ML models to drive predictive analytics and automate insight generation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, governance, and visualization best practices.
- Track record of managing analytics project portfolios, budgets, and resource planning.
- A clear understanding of data architecture and pipeline design, including experience with data lakes, warehousing, ETL, and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Deep knowledge of BI and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
