Senior Analyst - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Role & Responsibilities :

• Design Summary, Detail and Dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise, and readable format appropriate for content and audience.
• Support the effective and efficient governance of self-service BI tools through developing and fostering standards, processes, and visualization / analytics best practices. 
• Leverage creative solutions, analytics, and visualization/reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and drive actionable insights that deliver ROI. This could include use of variance analysis, dashboards/ reporting, sales analytics, and regression. 
• Support the modeling and creation of datasets to be then used for self-service dashboard reports. Have knowledge of used datasets to be able to provide guidance to engineers and/or stakeholders. 
• Streamline data preparation and processes for maximum automation and efficiency whilst supporting environment migrations where required. 
• Creating dashboards, analytics, visualizations, and insights that guide leadership-decision making.
• Accountable for providing detailed analysis for set of Key Performance Indicators
• Make trusted partnership with business teams to identify their needs and provide suitable analytical solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau & Power BI.
• Must have strong analytical skills. Analytical skills are used to identify/evaluate problem situations for improvement opportunities and make recommendations as applicable.
• 1+ years of experience in AWS Cloud ex. Working knowledge on AWS Redshift, S3
• 1+ years of experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and automating processes using Python.
• Excellent hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard, Power BI, Tableau Server and understand the data warehouse concepts.
• Good working knowledge on Python, SQL, Tableau Prep (Nice to have)
• AWS Cloud practitioner certified.
