Work on driving sustenance, VAVE, CI, AS9100, plant sustenance, global sustenance support, contract workload mgt 

Responsibilities:

• CG packs engineering management and quality output for US/ HMO CON teams
• VA/VE - Explore opportunities for deployment – Responsible for analysis of global products for feasibility transition & Execution will be done with the help of internal teams
• DfS - Projects for deployment and execution
• GD&T, Tol stack – QC Owner- Establish methodology and own QC
• AS9100 Plant, Engineering -Establish, review and revise, Audit POC
• PEC – REACH/ RoHS – RDO 0508, 0511, 0279 India RDO -Work with TE teams to ensure 100% adherence
• EBOM/ NEBOM/ Project Dynamo– RDO 0508, 0511, 0279 India RDO - Work with Internal team for 100% adherence
• CI/ Kaizen – CG optimization - Target 180 annual hrs per individuals savings – CG optimization
• KPI Update - Work with team for completeness of G&O Metrics each month
• Plant and Sustenance support - PjM drive with CFT
• OTD/ FPY - Own and drive the metrics across both CG teams
• Drive TEOA and CI initiatives across CON teams
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build networks with key contacts beyond the immediate team, supporting strategic objectives and driving technology and innovation as applicable in CON team

Candidate Desired Profile:

• BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical) 
• Experience in design tools such as GD&T, DFMEA, DFM, and Tolerance Stack-ups. 
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes like Molding, Stamping, Plating, other Metal  Forming and plastic miniaturing processes. Added advantage would be good knowledge in additive manufacturing process.
• Experience in Materials and Product Designs involving Metals, Plastic and Sheet Metal parts.
• Experience in Global Certifications and Regulatory Standards (EN, MIL etc.), Specifications
• Knowledge of product, design processes and methodology, testing & Qualification.
• Expertise on CAD & CAE tools, Optimization techniques, and testing methods
• Aware and can manage costing workout for the products
• Correlation of Test and simulation data / results. 
• Experience with testing, qualification, and correlation of simulation and test results.    

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE 

• 10-14 years of industry experience

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
