Job Overview

TE's HR Services teams provide direct support to employees, other HR groups and management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. They receive and respond to requests concerning HR policies/programs, appropriately routes requests from employees to others for additional information and may respond to practices inquiries via online resources and/or telephone. The team also processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting HR activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment, etc. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Managing tickets that come though the C4C system for EDA / MDA Transactions and customer queries
  • Monitor timely resolution of inquiries assigned to Transaction Center. Monitor processes to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and Turnaround Time.
  • Serve as the transaction related subject matter expert for HR services.
  • Manage and oversee Transactional Center Associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high quality service delivery
  • Monitor volume of work and take necessary steps to manage team workload. Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, reviewing performance parameters and providing feedback to the team members.
  • Liaise with respective Managers regarding any escalated case and ensure timely resolution.
  • Periodic reporting of Transactional Center performance and issues to the HRS Lead. Work with the HRS Lead to develop systems and processes for better handling of employee inquiries; define performance indicators, targets and processes for monitoring operations
  • Ensure that the Transactional Center employees maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity, and control in execution of their daily operations.
  • Establish positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identification of training needs and completion of mandatory training programs/certifications for self and Transactional Center Employees.
  • Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a robust succession pipeline
