The Supply Chain Support Team is responsible for assisting the Planning organization across various regions, with a primary focus on supporting day-to-day planning operations. The team works closely with planners to manage technical and administrative tasks, enabling smoother execution of supply chain activities. By streamlining communication, improving data accuracy, and enhancing responsiveness, the team plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring timely product availability.

Roles & Responsibility:

•Perform job-specific SAP transactions to support supply chain operations with accuracy and completeness.
•Assist in creating delivery notes, purchase requisitions, and scheduling agreements in SAP.
•Monitor purchase order status and follow up on late or unconfirmed orders with suppliers or internal teams.
•Support MRP data entry and updates to help maintain product availability and planning accuracy.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report on supply chain exceptions.
•Provide input to basic operational reports and contribute to ongoing data accuracy efforts.
•Participate in daily operations meetings and escalate critical issues as required.
•Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
•Support improvement initiatives, such as basic automation tasks or workflow streamlining, as assigned by the Lead Associate or Manager.

Desired candidate profile:

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, ideally within a manufacturing or product-driven environment.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

•Working knowledge of SAP supply chain transactions with the ability to execute routine tasks accurately.
•proficient in Microsoft Excel for basic data tracking and reporting. Exposure to business intelligence tools and data systems is a plus.
•Demonstrated experience supporting value-driven supply chain initiatives or improvement projects; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
•Supports supply chain data maintenance and contributes to performance tracking by gathering and validating key metrics.
•Understands standard logistics processes and material planning concepts, applying them under supervision in daily operations.
•Assists in identifying process gaps or delays, participating in problem-solving efforts alongside more experienced team members.
•Engages in assigned improvement projects and supports team initiatives to enhance efficiency.
•Communicate effectively with peers and cross-functional contacts, ensuring information is shared clearly and in a timely manner.
•Shows strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks, with a consistent focus on quality and accuracy.
•Continue to develop skills in time management, prioritization, and problem-solving while showing adaptability and a willingness to grow professionally.
