Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor in executing and managing inventory replenishment across a global supply network, ensuring seamless flow from multiple TE manufacturing plants to regional Distribution Centers (DCs). This role is accountable for maintaining optimal inventory levels, driving supply reliability, and ensuring customer orders are consistently fulfilled in full and on time (IFOT).
Operating in a complex, cross-regional environment, the analyst partners with Planning, Distribution Operations, Customer Care, and global stakeholders to monitor supply-demand alignment, resolve critical exceptions, and mitigate operational risks. While primarily execution-focused, the role requires proactive problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement, enabling continuous enhancements in inventory performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.
The position demands strong analytical capability, advanced system proficiency, and effective cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to global supply chain operations and opportunities to take on higher-level responsibilities and leadership initiatives. This role provides a foundation for progression into senior or strategic supply chain roles within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•    Front-Side Business Engagement & Customer Focus
o    Act as a key interface across Customer Care, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a consistent customer experience.
o    Ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time (IFOT) by actively monitoring order flows, identifying risks early, and executing corrective actions.
o    Lead resolution of complex supply and order exceptions, minimizing disruption to customer commitments and ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
o    Serve as an escalation point for critical supply issues, coordinating cross-functional responses and influencing timely decision-making.

•    Operational Excellence & Supply Coordination
o    Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and execution for assigned plants and Distribution Centers across regions, ensuring optimal inventory positioning and service levels.
o    Drive global supply coordination by partnering with plant planners, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to balance supply, demand, and capacity constraints.
o    Manage and optimize system utilization (e.g., SAP and planning tools), ensuring master data accuracy and effective MRP signal execution.
o    Identify and implement process improvements in replenishment planning, inventory positioning, and exception handling to enhance efficiency and scalability.

•    Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
o    Analyze supply chain performance trends and provide data-driven insights to improve inventory health, service levels, and operational efficiency.
o    Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including On Time Delivery (OTD), Past Due To Target Date (PDTD), Past Due to Request (PDR), Ship To Request (STR), Ship To Schedule (STS) and Inventory, driving accountability across stakeholders.
o    Prepare and present performance insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
o    Lead or contribute to cross-regional and global initiatives such as process standardization, system enhancements, and supply chain optimization projects.

•    Leadership & Stakeholder Management
o    Drive accountability and influence without authority across functions and regions to achieve supply chain objectives.
o    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts or team members, supporting capability development and knowledge sharing.
o    Lead and contribute to cross-functional and global initiatives, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, process optimization, and overall customer satisfaction.

Mandate Skills:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
•    5–8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, with demonstrated growth in scope, responsibility, and impact.
•    Proven track record of operating in a global or multi-regional environment, effectively collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
•    Strong expertise in MRP, procurement, inventory management, and end-to-end supply planning processes, with the ability to optimize complex supply networks.
•    Advanced proficiency in SAP (mandatory); experience with S/4HANA, SupplyOn, and IBP Response preferred.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives or projects, driving measurable improvements in service levels, inventory performance, or operational efficiency.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable decisions.
•    Experience in managing ambiguity, resolving escalations, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both operational teams and senior leadership.
•    Proven mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and ownership, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
•    Ability to mentor junior team members or lead small teams/projects, demonstrating early leadership capability.
•    High level of adaptability, resilience, and agility in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
•    Willingness to work across time zones and travel as needed to support global operations.
