  • Bachelors degree in Engineering- Electronics and Communciation
  • Minimum 15-18 years  of experience in electronics and semi conductor industry
  • Additional experience in other roles (e.g., engineering, sales, operations,) at a high technology or diversified industrial company
  • Experience in leading strategic projects and delivering results using cross-functional teams
  • Proven strategic thinking and project execution to drive growth and value in a business
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and drive for results
  • Solid understanding of and the ability to identify value creation levers
Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Development Manager

TE Connectivity's Business Development Teams identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business development strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies and services. They identify markets and determine the feasibility of business and product development. Our Teams perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities, develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.

TE ADM business has significant presence in India and envisages to move up the value chain in order to deliver solutions to our customers at the system level. This requires  ADM team in  India to  collaborate across full eco system from research institute to start ups, Industries bodies , other electronic companies and suppliers. Also being located in Bangalore offers opportunity for ADM to leverage the strong , vibarant innovation and start up eco system to build new technologies and solutions.
