Job Overview

Builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes. Designs software needs for business; provides technical leadership on complex solutions for software development, testing and validation processes. Combines software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. Dev-Ops area complements the efficiencies of Agile software development methods.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Build custom Copilot Studio agents that connect enterprise data, deliver intelligent user experiences, and streamline business processes.
  • Develop Copilot agents that execute backend processes and integrate with enterprise APIs and connectors
  • Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations for internal services and REST APIs
  • Integrate automations with Dataverse, and Azure-based components and custom connectors.  
  • Translate business requirements into maintainable, enterprise-grade automation designs
  • Implement and enforce security, governance, and environment strategies across Power Platform
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows and Copilot agents
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure reliable integrations
  • Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, and custom platforms
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact automation use cases
  • Design NLU-driven dialog flows to deliver intuitive, user-friendly AI interactions
  • Familiarity with integrating LLM capabilities into workflows (e.g., summarization, classification, decision support)

Desired Candidate

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Azure Functions, Azure Foundry, Dataverse), including advanced workflows and integrations
  • 3-5 Years of Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, building conversational agents and AI-driven actions with appropriate guardrails
  • Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and backend or scripting technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Azure Functions)
  • Working knowledge of authentication and security models (OAuth2, service principals, API keys)
  • Experience delivering solutions in enterprise environments with security, governance, and change control considerations
  • Experience integrating Copilot and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems and Azure services
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, including prompt design, tool/function invocation, and grounding AI with enterprise data
  • Effective interpersonal team building and communication skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading system integration projects as the technical lead
