Job Overview
The SAP Integration Analyst will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh). This role will partner closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, and global IT teams to enable seamless end-to-end data flow and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of integration processes.
You will lead integration design discussions, build reusable integration frameworks, publish secure APIs, and support production interfaces while driving continuous improvement across the integration ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in SAP CPI, PI/PO, API Management, and cloud integration patterns, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration. This position is critical in shaping TE’s digital connectivity strategy by standardizing integration approaches, optimizing business processes, and enabling innovation on the SAP BTP platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, APIM, and Event Mesh).
- Implement best practice integration architectures that ensure reliability, scalability, and reusability across business domains.
- Lead and support integration design workshops, documenting functional and technical specifications for business and IT stakeholders.
- Work closely with enterprise architects and business analysts to ensure seamless data flow and optimized performance between systems.
- Configure, deploy, and monitor interfaces leveraging adapters (HTTP, IDoc, JMS, SFTP, OData, SOAP, REST) and integration patterns.
- Develop and publish APIs and integration flows in SAP API Management for secure and controlled exposure of services.
- Ensure integrations adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Provide operational support and issue resolution for production integration scenarios.
- Collaborate with global business and IT teams to identify opportunities for process automation and innovation using SAP BTP capabilities.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP integration ecosystem.
- Advocate for SAP integration technologies as strategic enablers and promote standardization and reusability across TE’s global business units.
Candidate Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) including 1+ SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA or ECC with non-SAP applications via BTP Integration Suite.
- Working knowledge of SAP API Management (APIM) – publishing, securing, and managing APIs.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and standards including XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, SOAP, REST, OData, SFSF, and AXIS.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, and API authentication mechanisms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, message processing, and monitoring tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration monitoring, SAP Solution Manager).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong organizational and project planning abilities with experience managing integrations through the entire lifecycle — from design to go-live and support.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with SAP Event Mesh or other event-driven integration patterns.
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Advisor, SAP API Business Hub, and Integration Suite extensions.

TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May.
