Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent and effective Salesforce (SFDC) adoption across Sales Executives and Product Managers
  • Own Salesforce opportunity and pipeline governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Support the global product review process through reliable and standardized SFDC opportunity pipelines
  • Design, implement, and enforce standardized confidence rating frameworks
  • Lead Salesforce-based campaign management, including outbound and mass CRM campaigns
  • Ensure integration and traceability between campaigns, leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Deliver advanced Salesforce dashboards, reports, and sales operations analytics
  • Identify pipeline risks, growth opportunities, and performance gaps across regions and product portfolios
  • Apply Salesforce automation and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution, pipeline quality, and forecasting
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to drive continuous improvement

Desired Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ Years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) campaign management and pipeline management
  • Strong experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics
  • Expert analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience managing outbound and mass CRM campaigns
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce automation and AI-enabled sales tools.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or advanced Salesforce certifications
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience with forecasting models, confidence scoring, and pipeline governance
  • Familiarity with TE commercial processes and performance frameworks
  • Salesforce (SFDC) expertise
  • Sales campaign and pipeline management
  • Advanced sales analytics and performance measurement
  • CRM automation and AI enablement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset
