Job Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and enhancing sales data, including revenue, sales forecasts, and bookings. This role also involves coordinating and driving projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our continuous improvement initiatives, known as TEOA. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills in sales operations and entry-level project management.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and report on sales data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance.
• Coordinate and drive projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, demand management, business strategy, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for continuous improvement initiatives (TEOA).
• Identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks in project execution.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency.
• Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint.
• Assist with process improvement and change management efforts.
• Roll out project completion and provide training to relevant teams.
Candidate Desired Profile:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Tableau.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Good PowerPoint skills and presentation.
• Experience in process improvement and change management.
• Ability to roll out project completion and provide training when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required.

Our program provides a holistic experience for interns that targets professional development and personal growth.
Our internship program typically runs May thru August and gives students the opportunity to work on projects that contribute to the success of their team and build on their classroom experience. Throughout the 10–12-week program, interns will be provided with:

Timeline
TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May. Once you have applied to a position, your resume and application will be reviewed. If you are selected to move to the next step in the application process, you will be contacted by a recruiter. Once you accept an offer, the onboarding process will begin in January for interns who have committed to offers in the fall semester and upon acceptance for interns who have committed to offers in the spring semester.
