Job Overview

Sales & Marketing Analyst II is responsible for revenue growth in each territory by growing the existing customers and developing new customers. 

Job requirement:

•    Implementing annual sales plan on the dedicated key accounts, promoting products to customers based on their needs, achieving billing & booking targets, and increasing market share. 
•    Understanding Customer products/applications road maps, budgets, procurement processes, etc. and be able to forecast/build opportunities/pipelines with good conversion accuracy.
•    Drive the new design-ins working with TE FAEs and TE Product managers in collaboration with customer design/engineering teams ahead of competition to maximize the bottom line. 
•    Provide Techno-commercial solutions to customers by participating in RFPs / Tender Processes, negotiations and ensure timely closing of orders as committed to management monthly/quarterly/yearly.
•    Ensuring timely realization of Order Bookings, Revenue, and Account Receivables by working with Inside Sales/Customer service and Finance teams Prepare customer-wise financial year budget and broad execution plan.
•    Disciplined use of Sales tools like SFDC and other TE forecasting tools.
•    Assisting with internal and external operational activities like purchase order & quotation tracking, quality & delivery activities, and customer inquiry assistance.

•    Managing and ensuring the completion of financial transactions for ongoing projects, including account receivables, cash flow payments, and credit concessions.

 

What your background should look like

  •      Experience in meeting the targets in a specified time. 
    •    Should be good at addressing customer needs and sales forecasting.
    •    Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently.
    •    Working knowledge of Strategic Sales planning
    •    Able to influence widely without direct authority.
    •    Working Knowledge on cross selling
    •    Working knowledge on sales forecast
  • With 6+ years of professional experience in selling through Direct, Channel / Distribution partners. 
    Having experience in selling connectors, relays, passive components, and electromechanical components.
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field or local equivalent degree.
