Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Job Overview:
Under general supervision, the Sales Support Associate is responsible for validating, verifying and updating any leads or opportunities provided by the DMM (Distribution Marketing manager) into Salesforce and follow up on the leads with the DMM on a weekly basis and the purpose of which is to increase the quality of Prospects, Leads, Contacts and Accounts thus enabling more efficient and effective Sales Segmentation, Targeting, Engagement, Nurturing and Measurement. Analysing the Data that is providing weekly and providing a weekly report on current, backlog and future leads.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:
•    Be in constant touch with the DMM to update the details on SFDC and provide the status of all open and pending leads or opportunities via emails and calls.
•    NDR – New Design Registration.
•    CCR – Competitive Conversion Registration.
•    Pipeline Support (untouched opportunities)
•    SFDC – document and update RTS beyond top 10-20 opportunities
•    Use of RTS system.
•    Review special prices – Distributions
•    Review – Global pricing management system
•    Continuous and timely Management, Maintainance or Improvement of Sales Data.
•    Creation and regular maintenance of all data provided by DMM.
•    Supporting the ramp-up of all new Sales Tasks including Set-up support
•    Written or Verbal communication and co-ordination with TE employees regarding Data topics
•    Intensive communication with the international internal customers, mainly in English
•    Executing upon fixed and ad-hoc data Data Projects and Campaigns
•    Creating and Maintaining fixed and ad-hoc Reports on day-to-day Data received from the DMM.
•    Acting as a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) in Sales Support and Sales Data across the Channel Business unit or it’s Sub-Vertical
•    On a day-to-day basis, the team member shall be responsible for the management of data globally (EMEA, AMERICAS and APAC)
•    Working hours shall be in line with the respective regions that you would be supporting to ensure Global coverage. Should be flexible in any shift.

What your background should look like:

Educational Degree - Any Graduate, MBA in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.
•    2+ years of experience in Customer Service Admin / Sales & Marketing environment.

Must Have:
•    Experience in Data Management, Marketing and Sales Segmentation.)
•    Microsoft Excel proficiency
•    Fluent in English Language
•    Willingness to constantly learn complex processes and scenarios. 
•    Flexibility in any shift.

Highly Desirable:
•    Sound Knowledge of CRM systems
•    Experience in Salesforce.com is preferred.
