Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.


In the assigned regions of responsibilities, to grow the business 2x of market and be accountable for enquiry generation to cash collection working with the internal cross functional stakeholders and external partners/customers. To plan, prepare and execute 3-5 years assigned regions Sales/Go to Market Strategy with clear deliverables and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile


B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation.

  • Preferably a Management Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Experience in Aerospace, Defence & Space market, and in handling of Govt. customers are preferred.


  • 8-12 years of B2B Sales.
  • Driving/Accountable of Lead Generation to Cash Collection cycle.


  • Drive for results as committed through passionate Sales and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Customer focus and highly engaged customer relationship across the customers hierarchy.  
  • Influence without Authority Skills.
  • Ability to understand competition landscape, their products and be able to smartly pitch in TE products and gain market share.
  • Acumen to identify new customers/markets and smartly engage for quick conversions along with building strong opportunities pipeline ahead of competition or by displacing competition.
  • Think and act to achieve both short term and long-term objectives.
