Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RPA and AI Automation Solutions Developer to join our Procurement Digital Transformation team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that streamline procurement workflows, improve process efficiency, and enable scalable digital transformation across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in RPA development, AI/GenAI-enabled automation, AWS cloud services, Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Selenium-based automation, enterprise system integration, and procurement platform implementation. You will work closely with procurement, business transformation, IT, and platform teams to convert manual and fragmented processes into integrated, data-driven, and AI-powered solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • RPA and Automation Development
    •    Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using tools and technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and Selenium.
    •    Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks, components, scripts, bot libraries, and Selenium-based automation solutions.
    •    Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
    •    Own the full automation delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
    •    Ensure automation solutions are robust, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
    AI, GenAI, and Intelligent Automation
    •    Develop intelligent automation solutions using AI, GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, NLP, OCR, and decision models.
    •    Build and integrate AI-powered agents and orchestration workflows using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and other enterprise AI services.
    •    Leverage foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to support procurement and business process automation.
    •    Integrate AI capabilities into procurement and enterprise workflows to improve decision-making, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.
    •    Design and implement AI-enabled workflow orchestration for use cases such as document processing, supplier support, sourcing assistance, request intake, approvals,  analytics, and exception handling.
    •    Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend opportunities for practical adoption.
    •    Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure AI automation solutions are accurate, compliant, secure, and business-relevant.
    AWS Cloud, Bedrock, AgentCore, and Integration
    •    Build and deploy cloud-based automation and integration solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore.
    •    Design and implement agentic automation patterns using Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore for intelligent workflow orchestration.
    •    Develop APIs, microservices, data workflows, and integration layers to connect automation solutions with enterprise platforms.
    •    Integrate automation solutions with systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, GEP SMART, GEP Quantum, ERP systems, and internal business applications.
    •    Support event-driven and API-based orchestration across procurement and business workflows.
    •    Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
    GEP Platform Implementation and Optimization
    •    Support implementation, integration, configuration, and optimization of GEP SMART and GEP Quantum capabilities across source-to-contract procurement processes.
    •    Configure and automate workflows across sourcing, supplier management, contracting, approvals, procurement operations, and related business processes.
    •    Support integrations between GEP platforms, SAP, ServiceNow, APIs, data platforms, and other enterprise systems.
    •    Participate in process design, system configuration, testing, data validation, integration testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
    •    Partner with procurement process owners to identify opportunities to improve user experience, process compliance, cycle time, automation coverage, and operational efficiency.
    •    Contribute to the roadmap for digital procurement transformation and intelligent automation adoption across the GEP ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile:

•    4+ years of experience in RPA, intelligent automation, automation engineering, or solutions development.
•    Proven experience designing and delivering automation solutions in enterprise or global business environments.
•    Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
•    Experience building automation solutions using Python and Selenium.
•    Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, or cloud services.
•    Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams in transformation or process improvement initiatives.
•    Strong development experience with Python, Selenium, scripting, APIs, REST services, JSON, and automation frameworks.
•    Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
•    Experience with browser automation, web workflow automation, and automated interaction with enterprise web applications using Selenium.
•    Experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, or similar cloud-native capabilities.
•    Knowledge of AI, GenAI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, RAG, NLP, OCR, AI agents, or AI-based automation use cases.
•    Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, ERP systems, GEP SMART, GEP Quantum, procurement systems, or workflow platforms.
•    Understanding of secure development practices, error handling, logging, monitoring, and production support.
•    Hands-on experience with GEP SMART, GEP Quantum, or similar source-to-contract/source-to-pay procurement platforms.
•    Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, or finance transformation programs.
•    Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, agentic AI, AI procurement assistants, intelligent workflow orchestration, or autonomous process automation.
•    AWS, UiPath, Power Automate, AI, or cloud certifications.
•    Experience with Agile delivery methods, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise release management.
•    Familiarity with data analytics, process mining, or business process management tools.
•    Experience working in a global, matrixed enterprise environment.
