Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Project Manager to join our CX Portfolio Management Office. This role is responsible for leading and delivering cross‑functional projects and programs within a Sales and Customer Care organization, ensuring strong governance, transparent reporting, and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Program Managers, and delivery teams, driving execution excellence, managing risks and dependencies, and continuously improving project management practices across the portfolio.

Job Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives within the CX portfolio
  • Ensure effective project governance, reporting and compliance with PMO standards
  • Build trusted partnerships with business teams to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
  • Prepare and present project status updates to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and IT
  • Drive planning, execution, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, risks and actions using Asana or similar tool
  • Contribute to portfolio-level reporting, prioritization and continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional environments
  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager in analytical or design‑driven projects
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance and delivery frameworks
  • Ability to validate own work and work of others, results oriented, customer focused and strong team player
  • Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project or similar)
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a single trusted source of information
  • Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end initiatives
  • Ability to manage projects with a minimum of supervision
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery models

Nice to Have

  • Experience in portfolio or program management environments (PMO / PgMO)
  • Experience in system changes implementation in the SAP, Salesforce and Commercial environments
  • 3+ years’ experience in portfolio of Warehouse analytical projects
  • Experience working with digital, CX or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, sprint planning and backlog management
  • Background in multinational or matrix organizations
