TE Connectivity's Commercial Marketing team within the Industrial and Commercial Transportation (ICT) Business Unit designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand through events and tools, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging
Main Tasks and responsibilities
- Creating and deploying consistent messaging driven by value proposition for improved customer promotions
- End-to-end campaign development, execution, budget and KPI’s measurement, tapping into advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral, and events.
- Content planning, creation, storytelling, and promotion in a connected manner.
- Managing and strategizing regional and global event support and participation
- Leveraging AI to generate content ideas, identify efficiencies and gain insights.
- Continuous testing of content to optimize and stay current.
- Setting KPI targets in partnership with internal stakeholders for all activities
- Monthly tracking reporting of scorecards
- Showcase your expertise by seamlessly navigating the marketing mix and mastering various communication formats—written, spoken, and digital.
- Collaborate on and enhance Industrial web pages, campaigns, and initiatives, driving higher traffic and boosting sales.
- Drive global brand targeting customers, influencers and potential employees, including leveraging existing relationships and building new alliances with university, professional and industry partners.
- Craft and maintain captivating digital marketing materials - newsletters, presentations, direct mail, and advertisements.
- Skillfully orchestrate local and global events to amplify strategic business objectives and garner further promotional opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Business Development, Sales, PMs and all Marketing functions.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaigns.
- Project management skills including tradeshows and events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
