Senior Marketing Analyst

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Marketing teams are responsible for broad marketing strategy and execution across all marketing and/or digital activities including integrated, digital, communications, product marketing, etc., for a business, region, country or corporate function by developing clear and compelling positioning and value propositions and go-to-market approaches for new product introductions. They are also responsible for brand portfolio management, aligning with corporate frameworks, including marketing plans for newly acquired brands and creative direction of all marketing communications, overseeing brand experience across all marketing and customer, sales and employee touch points. They develop and implement an integrated strategy for digital marketing, including the TE.com website and social media, digital advertising campaigns that lead the marketing community in accelerated adoption of emerging digital and content-centered marketing practices and lead development and delivery of best practice marketing communications by leveraging industry trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights and analysis in developing compelling marketing programs. 

Role Statement:

In this role you will be responsible for key strategic projects within our Marketing TEOA road map from design to its delivery. You’d be the liaison between Marketing Functions, Business and Development, will be responsible for delivering business and marketing value via one or more capabilities.
As well as leading TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) Workstreams and develop plan to achieve TEOA star level across different functions with the business strategy and core KPI’s

Job Responsibilities:

•    Manage existing ‘Capability’ solutions – monitoring performance, identifying enhancement opportuni-ties based on user data and usage analytics, industry trends, creative exercises and emerging tech-nologies.
•    Develop strategic recommendations for new solution development to continuously improve upon the customer experience, meet new needs and objectives, and fill feature/function gaps 
•    Recommend ‘Functional Capability’ priorities and strategies in partnership with key business partners
•    Partner with analysts to determine appropriate reporting and analytics plans for measuring the per-formance of ‘Capability’; using insight to drive optimization and inform future strategies and tactics
•    Effectively communicate and socialize ‘Capability’ solution strategies, roadmap and key decisions to project teams, stakeholders and broader organization.
•    Define, track and devise adoption and engagement plan to drive ‘Capability’ KPIs
•    Partner with BU stakeholders & Function head internal/external to develop capabilities from business requirement all the way to business successful adoption 
•    Define & Drive TEOA workstreams across Marketing functions & process standardization.
•    Lead & implement TEOA star methodology for marketing functions.

•    ROI and on time on budget accountability as well as business adoption of implemented capabilities for key projects/programs assigned
•    Coach and develop direct and indirect teams in accordance with business strategy & core KPI’s

Core Competencies Required: 
•    Strong program/project management skills including budgetary and on time delivery as well as ROI and business adoption, (methodologies – 4DX, ADKAR, Design Thinking, 2nd Level thinking, Lean etc.)
•    Stakeholders management (mid./upper mng.)
•    Hands on execution 
•    Excellent Coach – delivery results through coaching and developing others directly and indirectly

Other Competencies Desired: 
•    Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified strongly desired or equivalent proficiency in  various PM tools 
•    Experience in process improvement of Administrative processes is preferred
•    Demonstrated strong analytical skills 
•    Demonstrated strong conceptual thinking with ability to apply advanced statistics & analytics to execute the concepts into “fit for purpose business solutions”
•    Demonstrated business and market acumen
•    Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•    Strong drive for results, action oriented and highly customer focused
•    Excellent motivational and team building skills
•    Data headlining skills  (from raw data to meaningful outcomes)
•    Possess strong time management and project management skills 
•    Eager to learn and develop


•    University degree graduates or MBA strongly desired or equivalent works experience in program/project management  
•    6 plus years of experience in project/program management with demonstrated track record of deliverables and ROI and business adoption 
•    Proficient in various PM methodologies (4DX, ADKAR, Design Thinking, 2nd Level thinking, Agile, Lean, Waterfalls, etc.)
•    Familiar with managing matrix project teams 
•    Flexibility with global collaboration which requires often to accommodate to other regions time zone differences
