Job Overview
The Regional Engagement Specialist – India supports how marketing activation happens locally with distributor partners and internal sellers to generate demand and pipeline.This role focuses on executing and coordinating localized marketing activities aligned to global Channel priorities, Application Focus Groups (AFGs), and New Product Introductions (NPIs). Working under the direction of the Regional Engagement Lead and central Channel Marketing teams, the specialist ensures campaigns, programs, and content are activated consistently at the local level.Success in this role is measured by quality of execution, distributor adoption, lead follow-up discipline, and contribution to regional pipeline, while building foundational capabilities in channel marketing and demand activation.
Roles & Responsibility:

Regional Partner & Seller Marketing Execution
- Execute localized marketing plans and demand generation campaigns aligned to AFGs, NPIs, and India growth priorities, under guidance from regional and central marketing leads.
- Support localization of global campaign toolkits, content, and activation programs for distributor and seller use.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and execution details with distributor marketing teams and internal sales stakeholders.
Distributor Engagement & Support
- Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for assigned distributor partners in India.
- Support distributor marketing and sales teams with campaign execution, training logistics, and content adoption.
- Gather feedback from distributors on campaign effectiveness, execution challenges, and local market needs, and escalate insights to regional and central teams.
Co-Marketing & Regional Events
- Support planning and execution of regional events, distributor trainings, roadshows, and co-marketing activities.
- Track co-marketing activities, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with TE guidelines and approved plans.
- Assist with post-event follow-up, lead capture, and basic ROI tracking.
Lead Follow-Up & Demand Operations Support
- Monitor partner-led and marketing-generated leads in coordination with Global Demand Generation Operations and sales teams.
- Support local execution of lead follow-up processes, including distributor acceptance and SLA tracking.
- Flag lead quality issues, SLA breaches, or execution gaps to regional leadership.
Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Learning
- Track basic campaign engagement, distributor participation, and lead metrics.
- Compile regional execution insights and performance summaries for central teams.
- Develop foundational skills in data-driven marketing execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Success Metrics
- Timely and accurate execution of regional campaigns and activities

Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, or a related commercial role
- Exposure to B2B, industrial, or technology markets preferred
- Strong execution and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with distributor partners and sales teams
- Basic familiarity with CRM, marketing tools, or performance dashboards
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience working in or supporting the Indian market is a strong plus
