Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Digital Platforms & Operations teams understand TE’s business and digital strategies to optimize our sales and marketing automation processes to define, implement, manage, and optimize TE’s online commerce capabilities and services, digital platforms and processes (e.g., te.com, E-Commerce, SMA, CRM, Salesforce.com, Eloqua, SFDC, AEM, etc.). They collaborate with others regarding data standards and resolve issues that may impact marketing automation activities and with IT to help them understand the business requirements that determine the analysis and design of effective technical solutions. They monitor features and functionalities to enhance capabilities; ensure quality of releases, testing and validating that the requirements are met. Being a member of these teams requires thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices and advanced knowledge of campaign set-up and management, form development and management, segment management, reporting, contact and content management and lead.

Job Scope:

Under general supervision, the Global Lead Generation Associate is responsible for validating, verifying and Enriching data held within TE Connectivity's Industrial Business Unit's CRM Systems. The purpose of which is to increase the quantity and quality of Prospects, Leads, Contacts and Accounts thus enabling more efficient and effective Marketing and Sales Segmentation, Targeting, Engagement, Nurturing and Measurement..


    Use both internal and external databases to continuously validate, verify and enrich data
    Identification and Capture of Prospects across certain Markets, Industries, Geogrpahies and/or Accounts
    Continuous and timely Management, Maintainance or Improvement of Data in line with Quality standards and key performance metrics
    Creation and regular maintenance of Marketing Segments, Classification and Lists that can be utilised in Manual or Automated Marketing Campaigns
    Written or Verbal communication and co-ordination with TE employees regarding Data topics
    Executing upon fixed and ad-hoc data Data Projects and Campaigns
    Creating and Maintaining fixed and ad-hoc Reports on day-to-day Data Quality or Projects and Campaigns
    Acting as an Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) in Marketing and Sales Data across the Industrial Business unit or it’s Sub-Vertical
    On a day-to-day basis, each team member shall be allocated a Sub-Vertical (Automation & Control, Intelligent Buildings or Rail) and shall be responsible for the management of data globally (EMEA, AMERICAS and APAC)
    Ona Project or Campaigns basis, each team member will have to work across all Sub-Verticals and perhaps even Business Units


•    Experience in Data Management (Validation, Verification, Enrichment), Marketing and Sales Segmentation and Classification 
•    Microsoft Excel proficiency
•    Fluent in English Language
•    Sound Knowledge of CRM systems
•    Experience in Salesforce.com
•    Experience in Oracle Eloqua (or other Marketing Tools such as Marketo)
•    Experience in Databases such as Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) or Data.com
