Lead Associate - HR Services Support

Role Objective:

As a key member of our product support team, you will provide support to our Product Owners, Employees, other HR groups and management to handle a variety of moderate to complex HR-related transactions in areas such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment, etc. Responsible for the intake and resolution of inquiries and/or processing of less common HR transactions. Support/enable reporting, PMP, Mass loads, Integrations, System upgrade/M&A testing

Job Overview

TE's HR Services teams provide direct support to employees, other HR groups and management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. They receive and respond to requests concerning HR policies/programs, appropriately routes requests from employees to others for additional information and may respond to practices inquiries via online resources and/or telephone. The team also processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting HR activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment, etc. 

Responsibilities:

Experience of Employee Data Management, Mass Uploads, Performance Management, HR Reporting & Analytics, HRIS and Projects to support the process along with team
•    Advise global HR team on the available mass tools, processes and requirements to successfully complete medium to large scale mass changes.
•    Responsible for Data Integrity/Data Quality in Success Factors – Data Cleaning, Root Cause Analysis, 
•    Responsible for Performance, Succession, Recruiting Compensation management Queries
•    Provides day-to-day support on implementation of changes, execution and maintenance of the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) working closely with relevant product owners.
•    Support Reporting and Analytics projects through use of SAP SuccessFactors application reporting
•    Establishes KPIs for the processes. Responsible for preparation of reports/updates for use of HR/Managers/Leadership
•    Support operational excellence and continuous improvement 
•    Provides coaching to team members on Process and Technology
•    Exercises consistent discretion and independent judgment
•    Operates under general supervision
•    Collaborates with other colleagues and peers
•    May train Internally and also to other groups
 

Skills:

 5-7 years of experience in HR Shared Services (International) &/or Product Support Roles (International). 
•    People with strong HR Shared Services skills with expertise on Success Factors, Performance Management System, Reporting and Analytics, HR Information Systems, Projects includingimplementation and integrations, Mergers and Acquisitions.
•    Analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, exposure to other MS Office applications (word, PowerPoint), eagerness to learn and a positive attitude 
•    Technical / Functional Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Project Management, Success Factors
•    Ability to understand customer requirements & offer solutions
•    Soft / Behavioural skills: Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Attention to Detail
