Job Overview

The Global Sample and TE Store Team seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst responsible for daily support and data analysis critical to these customer-centric programs. Our Sample and Store initiatives significantly impact key business metrics, including lead generation (MQLs), customer acquisition, new product introductions (NPI), customer self-service capabilities, and overall customer satisfaction (CES, NPS, and CSAT).

In this role, you'll perform independent data analysis, run and create reports and dashboards to manage large datasets, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party partners. Your contribution will directly enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and improve overall business performance. This is a customer-facing role, and you will interact with global customers both inside and outside of TE.

Roles & Responsibility :

Inventory Management

  • Work closely with TE plants globally and BFP (Blind Fulfillment Partner) for setup/stocking.
  • Assist pricing lead to maintain values for Sample and Store.
  • Analyze and manage inventory levels at the Sample warehouse in China to support demand and minimize order disruptions.
  • Reallocate Sample inventory to support customer orders impacted by supply constraints.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile fulfillment partner invoices to ensure accuracy and cost control.

Order Management & Customer Service

  • Resolve order processing issues, including clearing blocks in SAP and Hybris, and actioning Salesforce cases.
  • Collaborate with global TE manufacturing plants and our Blind Fulfillment Partner (BFP) to meet SLA requirements.
  • Foster collaborative relationships internally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Materials, Logistics, and customer service teams.

Data & Reporting

  • Develop, run, and analyze reports and dashboards (using Excel or Tableau) to measure and optimize program performance.
  • Manage and track KPIs, interpreting data to inform actionable business insights.

Process Improvement

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve process inefficiencies and continually seek improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage AI tools to support process analysis, documentation, and identification of efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to address and prevent issues proactively.
  • Lead smaller projects and initiatives independently to drive continuous improvement.

Desired candidate profile:

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce, including customer service and material management transactions.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to apply generative AI tools to analyze data, refine written communications, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable working independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Previous experience collaborating with product management, logistics, and marketing teams.
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors or fulfillment partners.
