Human Resources - Project Manager

Job Overview

Work closely with the Global Process and Portfolio Owners and Leadership teams, as well as other HR Leaders and cross functional team members, this role will support portfolio management and project life cycles on multiple initiatives from design to implementation. The incumbent will communicate action plans for accomplishing project objectives, support administrative needs to achieve goals, and document and monitor project status.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Total Rewards and Talent Management Leadership teams and project owners to keep abreast of and monitor projects, operational decisions, and scheduling requirements to identify opportunities to ensure successful and timely implementation/ execution of projects.
  • Act as the point of contact for tasks, issues, communications, and updates as they relate to Total Rewards and Talent Management projects
  • Drive project communication to ensure project successes and challenges are shared. Actively seek input and feedback from stakeholders. 
  • Assist in development of presentations. Create and distribute project information to relevant parties.
  • Take lead in naming action items during meetings and performing basic follow-up.
  • Maintain plans and project reports; ensuring resources are available to all project team members.
  • Proactively anticipate project and administrative needs and take action where needed supporting Director level talent across teams.
  • Occasionally lead or participate in working groups for key initiatives 
     

Desired Candidate Profile:

•    Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
•    Typically requires minimum 3-5 years of professional working experience in HR environment 
•    Proven experience with project management and stakeholder communication responsibilities 
•    Demonstrated experience in multinational matrixed organization 
•    Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. 
•    Analytical and strong organizational skills
•    Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
•    Demonstrated ability to multitask
