Job Overview: 
We currently have an opportunity for a People Analytics Partner to join our HR People Analytics team. This role is focused on partnering with key internal customers to co-create reports, uncover insights, and design analytical approaches that solve business needs. 

You’ll work closely with HR colleagues to understand their goals and challenges, and translate those into meaningful data solutions. The ideal candidate is analyticalconsultative, and a strong communicator who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from the ground up. 

You’ll report to the Head of People Analytics and collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Management team. 

 

Key responsibilities:  
 

Consulting 

  • Act as a point of contact to an internal HR organization. 

  • Proactively recommend data-driven solutions to support stakeholder challenges. 

  • Understand stakeholder questions, business context, and functional needs. 

  • Scope, Prioritize and Capture clear statements of work. 

Ad-hoc Insights 

  • Deliver timely insights to answer business questions. 

  • Promote and educate stakeholders on self-service tools. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve ad-hoc insight delivery. 

Prototype 

  • Translate requirements into prototypes to clarify design and intent. 

  • Iterate collaboratively with stakeholders before scaling solutions. 

  • Partner with teammates to deliver standard insights tools. 

 

 

Reporting & Story Telling 

  • Create visually compelling and logical insights. 

  • Design with usability in mind. 

  • Simplify complexity into clear, actionable information. 

Technical / User Support 

  • Provide break-fix support and reduce incident frequency. 

  • Drive adoption through coaching and enablement. 

  • Collaborate with enablement teams to develop support content 

Technology/Process 

  • Stay curious and passionate about new analytics tools and methods. 

  • Test, demo, and provide feedback on the analytics tech stack. 

 

What Your Background Should Look Like: 
 

Technical and Functional Expertise 

  • 3+ years of prior experience working in People Analytics 

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL. 

  • Skilled in data storytelling and visualization for executive audiences. 

  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven insights. 

  • Experience with HCM systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred; Workday or similar). 

  • Exposure to modern data platforms (AWS, Redshift, Databricks) and data governance practices. 

Professional Skills 

  • Proven ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders (VP and Director levels). 

  • Strong organizational and program management capabilities. 

  • Effective communicator across diverse, global teams. 

  • Experience in HR analytics projects related to different HR processes and employee lifecycle (HR Services, engagement, succession, total rewards, talent acquisition, etc) 

  • Experience managing HR projects across the employee lifecycle.

Job Overview

Supports global HR systems, data, reporting, and analytics platform and develops custom reports in partnership with internal customers to meet business requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Documenting the system procedures, processes, and configurations and overseeing system and security administration for multiple HR Information systems (HRIS).
  • Troubleshooting production issues, performing the steps of resolution, and collaborating with external vendors and other service providers for timely and efficient utilization.
  • Researching the trends and developments in HR technology and HRIS application and recommending impact analysis to the senior management.
  • Analyzing HRIS requirements, developing and implementing various HRIS procedures, and preparing moderate to complex customized reports.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
