Job Overview

The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.

Roles & Responsibility:

•Understanding of system configurations and data flow between systems.
•Works with internal Human Resources customers to analyze HRIS requirements, develop and implement various HRIS solutions & procedures.
•Assists in identifying system enhancements.
•Expertise in proposing the solutions to business.
•Troubleshoots production issues, including problem research and analysis & performing steps for resolution.
•Provides accurate, consistent and timely responses to the Processes and HR Systems inquiries.
•Support the project needs with test scenarios and test cases.
•Support the system releases reviews & testing for global HR applications.
•Willingness to learn new processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:


•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.

 

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE:

 

•4-6 Years of overall IT/HRIS experience with 2-3 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central. 
•Certified with Valid Delta in SF EC is an added advantage.
•Should have been part of at least 1 end to end implementation.
•Ability to handle and work in global support environment.
•Strong expertise in Employee Central Data Models, Picklists Management, Organization, Pay and Job Structures Management, Country Specific fields (CSF) customization, Self Service (ESS/MSS) Transactions Configuration, EC Position Management, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Mass load data conversions etc.
•Experience with Reporting.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
